This is a great viral marketing campaign from BMW. In the same vein as Best in Show and Spinal Tap, this mockumentary follows a German village as they plan to build a ramp to launch a BMW from Bavaria to America. I don't know why but the teeth kill me. Enjoy

I came across this Nike ad this morning during the coffee break at my meeting in Amsterdam. All in all, it's a fantastic ad, especially with the recent passing of his father and the great music they use.

This is a very on-point Op-Ed column in the Times today from David Brooks about the proliferation of debt in our society. Debt 'inhibits social mobility and ruins lives. Between 1989 and 2001, credit-card debt nearly tripled, soaring from $238 billion to $692 billion. By last year, it was up to $937 billion.'

I'm not quite sure what to say, except that Bobby McFerrin is quite, exceptional? Although, I'm fairly certain he put his head in that woman's pumit* at the end of the second clip.

*note the first example they give after the definition. Two awesome words: pumit and trousers

Saw this clip the other day and couldn't help but think that this guy does one hell of an impression of Daniel Day Lewis.

"...when it comes to the clambake, they won't be there."

Great term I heard today for the first time....'laughing at the toilet.'

As in, 'Stano had so many shots of slivovice tonight, he was laughing at the toilet when he came home.'
